A PHILNET Workshop on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation was held on November 10-15, 1997, at Bacolod city, Philippines. This was hosted by Project Dungganon, a Grameen Bank replication in the Philippines. Nineteen participants from various replication projects, namely CARD, PD, TSPI, ASHI, FEED, BINHI, MILAMDEC and CCTI, attended the workshop. Annual work plans for of the respective organizations were formulated. The participants were also able to share their valuable field experiences as microcredit practitioners in the Phillipines where the NGOs have played a lead role in GB type projects. PHILNET is the network of Grameen Bank replicators in the Philippines.
