Grameen Fund monitors its equity projects from two different levels. GF representatives participate in the Management Committee & Board Meetings of these Companies. On the other hand, these Companies provide us periodic statements, like, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, business information & future plans etc. |

Based on the feed back from GF representatives and the periodic statements, performance report, alert signal, suggestions, company rating etc., are generated for decision making. |

| Micro-enterprise projects | ||||||||||||||
In case micro-enterprise credit scheme, our network partners keep constant physical monitoring. Also, the GF field staff visit the running projects vis-à-vis new projects. |

| Based on information gathered by our networks and field staff, reports are generated regularly for management. These reports contain details of loans - areawise, zonewise and sectorwise, which help management in decision making. | ||||||||||||||
